Crafter's Companion Christmas Blog Hop!

We are so excited to be giving away so many of Crafter's Companion's fabulous products, as well as sharing many Christmas project ideas. Make sure you head over to Crafter’s Companion USA over here, where the blog hop starts. And just in case you get lost...

Lisette - you are here!

We are giving away a prize on every blog, including the entire set of our new Spectrum Noir alcohol markers to one lucky winner who posts a comment on every blog. These markers are so new, that you will be receiving our first prototype of them. That's 72 markers! For my project today I used the reds and greens, they are just fabulous!

Spectrum Noir pens are alcohol ink based which have been designed specifically for crafters, but these affordable markers are also great for beginners, students and hobby artists alike. Each pen is double-ended, with a broad chisel nib for large area fills and a fine bullet tip for detailed work. Spectrum Noir marker pens will soon be available in 168 colour shades including a colourless blender. The colours blend seamlessly and can be mixed or layered over each other. These fast drying, alcohol based markers are acid-free and non-toxic, and the coloured ends of the pen allow for easy colour identification. (Please note: The design of the pen, color names and numbers may be different than the pens that will be released in January.) The image colour has been reproduced as accurately as possible.

I had such a great time creating a bookcard. I just had to do it again. Actually I have about two more I am also working on. They will be part of my giftcard giving this year. Today I used, Snow Fun. The sentiment comes from Hello Rudolph. Such a cute Humphrey's Christmas set, it's one of my many favorites from the holiday collection and Hello Rudolph is my sweet surprise for you! Just comment before Sunday, December 11th at midnight for your chance to win. All the winners' names will be posted at Crafter's Companion USA News blog on Tueday December 13th. (Must be a U.S. resident to win).

Your next stop is the talented Holley. Have fun hoppin'!

Humphrey Christmas

Wow!! I think I am still recovering from Turkey, Shopping and Christmas Decorating! These past week just flew past me. Good thing I got some cards already done to share!

Today I bring you Feed the Birds from Humphrey's Corner. Okay so how many of you have seen Mary Poppins? When I look at this image all I hear is that song about toppins and feeding the birds. I've had the little tune stuck in my head for days! LOL!!

Anyway, I think she is just so sweet feeding the birds. I've colored her in Copic markers and the paper is from Echo Park. She can be found here with the rest of the Christmas Collection from Humphrey's Corner. They are all just adorable and easy to color.

So have you figured out what tune I was talking about? Are you singing it now, LOL?!

I believe in Santa! Humphrey Christmas Sneak Peek

Good Morning! So how many of you were up waaaay tooo early this morning because of the time change? I am a morning person and with no alarm clock I usually am up at 5 am. Well take an hour from that and now I'm ready to crawl back into bed but have to get ready for work!

I am excited about today because today we launch the sneak peeks for Crafter's Companion Humphrey's Corner Christmas Collection. I got to play with a handful of these before hand and I just love them!

This is Meeting Santa. I colored them in Copic Markers. My paper is by We R Memories Peppermint Twist. The sentiment was part of the paper and it was just perfect. I added a little dimensional snow with Viva Decor, Pearl paint and the snowflakes are from Martha Stewart punches.

I've had this cutie colored for weeks waiting. I hope you join us at the Crafter's Companion News Blog this week for more sneak peeks of Humphrey. I can't wait to see what the Design Team has come up with. My post will be on Friday there with another cutie too and maybe some more throughout the week, if work doesn't get in the way, LOL!!

You're Very special Humphrey!

Hello Friends! Happy Friday! I'm looking forward to the weekend but I guess most are, LOL!! We are supposed to get a little cooler weather here. Maybe it will feel like October and Halloween is just around the corner. I love that it doesn't get too cold here but a little chill is perfect!

Today I have a peak of the new Humphrey's Corner Collection arriving to Crafter's Companion USA. They're here on October 20th! And I have just fallen in love with these cute little elephants. This one is called Hugs for You. So sweet!

I colored them in Copics and are on Crate Paper, Portrait collection. Now to find someone very special to give to too. Not too hard...I'm blessed with very special family and friends.

I hope you enjoyed todays peak. Come on over the the News Blog for Crafter's Companion and take an additional peak at the rest of the collection soon to be here.

Best Wishes

I'm a couple of days late on this, YIKES!! I had a couple of birthdays on the brain and just never got back to my PC to post. My birthday was Thursday but more importantly my little one was Friday. And of course that spilled into whatever she wanted to do for the weekend, LOL! How is it your B-day lasts only a day but kids take the weekend, LOL!!

Anyhoo, this is my sweet Humphrey from Crafter's Companion. They have the cutest collection of Humphrey stamps. I paired this one with the new Authentique paper and Distress Inks. LOVE IT!! I have more paper from Authentique and need to play more. The sketch is from Fussy and Fancy and our Friday challenge. Lucky for me the challenges run for 2 weeks and you still have plenty of time to come on over and see what the rest of the DT has created to inspire. We are also celebrating 1000+ followers and have lots of prizes for that too.

I had an interesting time photographing this one. I broke my lightsource and had to take it outside. Well even though we didn't get Hurricane Irene the winds did pass us as it was over the Bahamas and well everytime I was postioned to shoot and gust would take it away. If anyone was videotaping it would have made a great bloopers video!

Happy Monday all! Please come by and visit us over at Fussy and Fancy for our sketch challenge and also drop by our Inspiration Blog at Crafter's Companion for more Humphreys, Popcorn Bear, SWALK and so on....so much fun!
