Busy bee!!

I think I have a new favorite card!! I am so excited as to how this card turned out. I love Honey bee Tilda and when I saw here I knew I had to have her.

To get back into the flow of things I used the Friday's Sketch Challenge. The flowers were inspired by some that I saw in the new Magnolia Ink magazine, Midsummer Nights. There is such amazing work in the magazines. If you haven't picked one up be sure to do so. It will not disappoint.

Details:

Coloring distress inks
Face- Vintage Photo and Tattered Rose

Hair- Scattered Straw and Vintage Photo

Outfit and Cheeks- Weathered Wood, Worn Lipstick

Watercan= Black Soot, Worn Lipstick

Grass- Peeled Paint

Challenges:

Stamp with Fun: Birthday

Friday Sketchers: Sketch

Everybody Art: Birthday

Thanks for stopping by,

Lisette

  11. This card is very striking. You have done a great job on the coloring with DI's. I wish I could get the hang of the technique! Thank you for not only listing which colors of inks you used, but also telling us where on the card you used it. Great job!!
