Strawberry Yummy!

I was soooo happy when my new Maggies arrived. I literally had the layout of this card all ready and just waiting for Strawberry Yummy. I knew as soon as I first laid eyes on her I knew what I wanted to do with her.





It's been awhile since I colored in reds. They scare me a little. I used R39,R37,R35 for her dress and head scarf. I created the polka dots using a colorless blender. The strawberries are R27, R24, R22 and coated with glossy accents. So very Yummy!!




The blossoms are all punched and shaded with Worn Lipstick Distress Ink and I dotted all the centers with black copic marker. She definately makes me think of juicy strawberries and laying out by the pool. I think I'm off to do both!

    Lisette this card is scrupdilicious! The design is just precious with the little flowers and your coloring is fantastic. Coloring reds is scarry for me too, but, girl you aced this one. She is truly a delight!

    Oh my! This is so so adorable. I love this little image and she has been colored so beautifully. I love how you have those flowers with the swirl and then stamped behind it.
