Clean and Simple Tulips

Hello Sunday, and hello everyone. I have a clean and simple post for you today. Crafter's Companion recently introduced Pansies, Sunflowers and Tulips to thier Paint Fusion collection by Sheena Douglass. These stamps are beautifully detailed and instead of using acrylic paints I went my favorite coloring medium, Distress Inks!

With a liitle planning and masking I laid out my tulips on a 4.5 square piece of watercolor paper. The tulups are colored in Spun sugar and Fired Brick and the leaves are Peeeled paint and Forest Moss. I sketched the stems into place. Even though I made this a card I'm on the hunt for a frame. I think my office at work can use some flowers.

Hope you enjoy my tulips as much as I am. Have a wonderful Sunday!

Thanks for stopping by,
