Also head over for this month's great challenge and prize. This month it's Winter Vibes. We had some chilly days here in Florida and that's as cold as it gets but I know there is snow already up north, so winter is definately coming early this year.
So today I bring you Christmas Lantern Marci. She is my first official Christmas/Winter holiday card. And she is so sweet! I remember wearing a coat and hat similiar to hers when I was young and ruffles were a must on our dresses too. Gotta say though not the shoes they were usually some kind of black patten leather mary janes, LOL!!
This card really excited me because I think a finally achieved a wine color in copics! I have been looking for the right combination and YEAH I got it now! Here it is: RV69, R59, R85, R83
All Copics can be found at Oozak here. As well as Christmas Lantern Marci and A Very Merry Christmas paper by Echo park.
Don't forget to join us at Oozak Challenges. Stop by and see all the other wonderful inspriations the rest of the team has too!

This is so beautiful, I love 'simple' designs, as they let the DPs pop so beautifully. Thank you for linking up with us @ Fab 'n Funky :)
ReplyDeleteThis card is just precious!! Your coloring is superb, and the diagonal striped paper looks great with that snowflake! Thanks for the Copic color combo too - it really is a great wine color, I agree!
